GENERAL
All orders accepted by Ruby and GINGER Ltd are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, due to the handmade nature of the products, specifications may vary slightly.
DELIVERY
Delivery will be by Royal Mail standard first class postage. Products will usually be despatched within 3 working days of receipt of payment.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by a valid credit or debit card and is cleared online with PayPal using a secure server, or you can use your Pay pal account.
We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.

However our current facilities only allow us to accept cheques.
RETURNS
We want you to be delighted with you Ruby and GINGER purchase, but occasionally we know you may want to return an item.
All items purchased from Ruby and GINGER can be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund of the price of the item and must include the original receipt. All items must be in unused, perfect condition, with all tags attached.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
You can always return items if they are defective.
RETURNS – DELIVERY CHARGES
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the error/defective item to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. Items purchased through a retailer selling Ruby and GINGER products must be returned/exchanged through that specific retailer following their particular return/exchange policy. Please follow the procedure set out below. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
How to Return
- Please repack the goods securely using the packaging supplied and send to: Ruby and GINGER Ltd, PO Box 239, Pudsey, Leeds, West Yorkshire LS28 0DY
- Please take your parcel to your nearest post office and obtain proof of postage.
- We will email you to confirm your package has been received. Please allow 10 working days after we receive your package for your refund or exchange to be processed. We will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not the postage).
- Please note that we can only refund the card on which the original transaction was made.
- Please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.
PRIVACY
We respect the sensitivity of your personal information and will not share or sell your personal information to other parties. In order to process your order, we will require your name, email address, delivery address, credit/debit card details and a contact telephone number. We keep a record of all this information, payment information is stored securely with PayPal, and we will also keep records of any emails you send to us.
We do this to operate and improve the service we offer you. We may also use this information to advise you of new products, special offers or changes to our website. We will never pass on this information to a third party for marketing purposes. If you would rather not receive this information, please send an email or write to us with your details.
Credit Card Security
Your card details are handled by our payment processing agent, PayPal. We feel confident that credit/debit card information entered on our site will not be accessed by any unauthorised person or company.

Variations in actual colours may vary depending upon your monitor when viewing the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

Ruby and GINGER ’s total liability for any claim how so ever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Ruby and Ginger to the customer. Ruby and GINGER shall not be liable for any customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Ruby and Ginger cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated on this website or product. This statement does not affect customer’s statutory rights.
