About this deal

Social media personalities KSI and Logan Paul have been dominating the sports drinks scene since their launch of Prime Hydration, and they seem to be continuing their acceleration worldwide. In February this year, it was announced that several supermarkets including, ASDA, Aldi, Costco, Sainsbury's and more across the UK would be selling the viral drink to customers.

Comparing this more recent bottle, it definitely performed better than the original flavour of the Lemon and Lime. When I opened the bottle, it gave a tantalising aroma of very exotic fruits such as orange, grapefruit, passionfruit mango, pitaya and pineapple. KSI confirmed this week that an exclusive KSI Prime bottle will be available for a limited time exclusively here in the UK. The Prime Drink which has caused chaotic scenes in supermarkets up and down the country in recent months has seen another rise in attention due to the release of the new flavour, which is said to be a one-time release, and once it's gone, it's gone according to reports.Sainsbury's have enforced a maximum of three drinks per customer rule to try and ensure that things remain fair and there is a chance for more people to get their hands on the beverage. If you don't like sweet drinks, you will not love this one. However, I did enjoy it but it is nothing like I have ever tried before. The price makes me reluctant to say I love it, but it is good. Those who want to give it a try should do as soon as possible as it is only around for a limited amount of time Now if you've not come across Powerade before, it is a luminous drink made by the Coca-Cola company that comes in a variety of sweet flavours labelled as an isotonic sports drink. Young Greg fell for the marketing and we all decided it would be a great idea to get a bottle to power us on our way. Prime Hydration already comes in seven different flavours - Meta Moon, Ice Pop, Orange, Blue Raspberry, Tropical Punch, Lemon Lime and Grape. Each serving is between 20 to 25 calories and claims to be comprised of 10 percent coconut water, with added electrolytes, BCAAs (Branched-chain amino acid), B vitamins and antioxidants, but is caffeine free.

On the launch of the drink a Sainsbury’s spokesperson said: “We know our customers actively seek the latest in product innovation. We are excited to be launching the following Prime Hydration products in store from Tuesday, February 21:For months now, video sharing platform has seen clips of people selling the drinks going viral, in particular the account 'Wakey Wines', where the owner of a convenience store in Wakefield blew up on TikTok for making videos where he would simply film himself with customers who bought the drink and repeat catchlines that have simply become a trend.

So out I walked with three bottles (one for me to try - and one each for my two stepsons who would never forgive me if I tried it without telling them). Success. The Orange and Mango flavour was actually filled with that taste, unlike the Lemon and Lime bottle. Although I have only tried two Prime flavours, this KSI bottle is without doubt the best I have tried yet. Now for the one I have been really looking forward to - Prime Hydration's KSI Orange and Mango flavour. I was going into both drinks with high expectations, but the fact that this is KSI's own flavour, with his name attached, meant that I was looking for an impeccable drink.

KSI wanted to turn the tables and give the Americans the scarcity we’ve had as a country since these products have been released. If you aren't a fan of a sweet flavoured drink, this probably isn't for you. But I was a huge fan. It reminded me of the juicy spring water brand Drench - their tropical flavour tastes very similar to it. However, it was more of a fake-tasting diluted peppermint taste with lemon juice to add bitterness. It is the sort of thing you would not look forward to taking as medication when you are off school, but if you don't have a sweet tooth then this is the drink for you. This was my favourite of the Prime drinks so far. There was a lot of flavour from it. You could definitely taste the orange and mango, but I also got hints of perhaps passion fruit and pineapple. Sainsbury’s is the latest big retailer to add the KSI and Logan Paul drinks to its shelves, following the likes of Asda, Aldi and Costco.
