We didn’t know what to expect from our first Baby Fair….would the predicted numbers be there…would they love the original Nappy Purse…would we run out of stock!!  Oh that would be the cake with icing and a cherry on top!

Well the numbers were there on the hottest day of the year and just as we thought the dads promised to go but only if they could leave by 2pm so they’d be home in time to see England play what was to be their last game of the World Cup.  So the day went something like this….the venue was rammed from 10am to 2 pm and from 2pm onwards there was a quiet sense of calm.  The up side to this is that we exhibitors got the chance to chat to lots of other lovely exhibitors and exchange compliments and business cards.  We met Jess from Nature Botts www.naturebotts.co.uk …what a fab company that is…def worth a look!   We were opposite Tilly the inventor of  The Wean Machine and with babies ourselves we couldn’t help but buy one www.theweanmachine.co.uk .

 Liz bought herself a gorgeous dress from Sam at www.mummylooksfab.co.uk that was much complimented and was fab for feeding Lyla in at a raucous 60th the following week ! Others we met were Joanne from www.babylovesshopping.co.uk, Karin – the Nesting Lady, Snooze Shade, Cuddle Dry, and many more – it was lovely to feel part of it all with our brand new products and our first baby show.
